I love this place. The selection is tremendous. The prices reasonable to better than that. The store is a delight to be in if you love papers of all sorts. The staff is seasoned and helpful.

- Terrible #148432

THE WORST!! Terrible, terrible customer service. I am not the sort of person to leave a bad review - mistakes happen, everyone has a bad day sometimes, but really it seems that this company is actually trying to go out of business.
Received envelopes - every single one of them damaged, wrote many emails, made many calls and ended up having to use the damaged ones for my presentation. No credit, no apology, no replacements sent. Absolute rubbish!!
