Terrible Terrible. I strongly recommend NEVER GO TO THIS FIRM. This law firm is not professional and super-rude.

I started with Jae Lee law firm for a case of mine. This firm lawyer, especially Martin Cedloz is very unprofessional, rude and never follow up no matter hudred times leave messages by phone calls and physical memos. After frustration with no return call back and stop by after making appointment, he yells and very rude to show up without his permission. Can you imagine?? Then if I complaint to a manager, then rather hearing appology and simpy answered back "Find other attoney if not happy with us after 2 years of case". This is not the first time. Even complained before, still same situation of no follow up before asking and super rudeness of attitude.
I was not supposed to wait until now from the beginning when I found their rudeness. Can you imagine with all these horrible people. NEVER have any sympathy about the client and just focusing on MONEY through the case. Never communicative, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive with me, rather attacking clients and defamation saying that I canceled your appointment and get out not.

He never took time to answer all my questions. I always have to beg to know the result whats going on by being humiliated by yelling. He made me feel as he never truly concerned with my case, and discriminating and humiliating. Even more, I feel he has mentally problem and need to go mental clinic with the problem of mind control. I highly never recommend Jae Lee and her team to anyone who needs great service for any legal assistance.

Stopped it last week due to a car accident that I was involved in.

I was walking as a pedestrian and was hit my by a car but on the police report,

it was stated saying it was my fault for being careless.

I did some researches on the google and saw this firm along with all these positive reviews.

At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after talking to him for 10 minutes, he was trying his best to help me

understand where my position is. He also tried hard to help me understand what I did wrong, also

told me what the driver did wrong.

My case just started last Friday, and Mr. Brian Park told me I would need to wait another year to

settle this case so I have long journey ahead of me. But with Jae Lee, Law Firm. I am in good

hands!

My case manager, Brian Park took very good care of me throughout the entire process and was readily available when I had questions about the case. Jae Lee and her staff explained to me that I could get the help that I needed and that I would be okay physically and financially. Throughout the entire process I was kept well informed and all the necessary contacts of doctors, hospitals and insurance companies were handled by the firm.
