Super good chocolate chip cookies each one unique and melty amazingness in their own way. Hot chocolate is more like drinking chocolate and thick, rich, and not too sweet. A small is good to share but get your own cookie!

They're got good hot chocolate which is drinking chocolate. Wasn't too sweet which could be best since it's liquid chocolate. Their chocolate chip cookies though are the best! Slightly chewie and crispy. Good espressos. Clean environment.

Best hot chocolate! Yum yum!! Chocolates! Chocolates! Got to come here and try them. Great selection of chocolates. Their hot chocolate is prepared in such a unique way too. I enjoy it here every time.

Jacques Torres is a fine purveyor of unique and well-made chocolates. In addition to traditional individually crafted chocolates, they have a variety of other choices including their extremely tasty and filling hot chocolate. Go for a wicked hot chocolate and share it with a friend. They are very rich.

Will Always love Jacques and his wonderful style. I used to live very close to the downtown location.
A nice size store with a lot to offer. I met my girlfriend/ wife to be there and we used to go in all the time.
My favorite chocolatier in terms of style and service. Nice display and fresh taste. Love their dark assorted chocolates and bars. The girls working answer customers' questions with patience, which is very helpful because there are so many varieties to choose from.
Now we moved to Brooklyn so not so often but will always love the place
