Shopping for my daughter's 8th grade formal was an absolute pleasure at Jacqueline! Deneal was extremely helpful and friendly. She assistant my daughter with such patience! My daughter found a dress perfect for her. Thank you Deneal! We will be back for my daughter's prom:)

NEVER COME HERE!

After reading through these reviews, most agree with me. This was the single worst treatment I have ever recieved from employees in my LIFE. The store forces clients to wait for an employee to be available to aid them, being unaware of this policy, I began to browse and was brutally yelled at. Due to the fact that I am a teenager looking for a prom dress, I was treated with no respect by any of the staff unless I was with my mother. The store had 3 employees working with clients and I had to wait over 45 minutes in order to get service. While waiting, I noticed 2 more employees working in the back of the store who refused to help any of the clients waiting in line. In the total amount of time I was there, (which was about 1 hour), the phone was not answered once. The woman who raised her voice at me continued to give me dirty looks my entire stay. I have never been so unsatisfyed and uncomfortable in my life. After this terrible experience, I reached out to friends and all have agreed with me in terms of the service. Some friends have even claimed that employees have brought clients to tears! This dress shop is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

Hailey was amazing! I had no idea what I wanted, she patiently listened and gave me plenty of options then ended up finding a steal of a dress that I'm in love with! They didn't have my size but promptly figured out what would fit and ordered it me. I rarely have free time and had just broken my foot two days before but they were super accommodating for that and my pregnant sister. Overall wonderful experience, I've been recommending to all my friends!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by many friendly people! As I waited for someone to assist me I looked around and the store was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Lili was so sweet and showed me many dresses that I would I would probably like. After finding a few beautiful dresses I tried them on and Lili helped me pick out the perfect prom dress! It was a great experience and I would recommend Jacqeulines!

Mattie was extremely helpful!! The party I am attending is in 2 days and she helped me find the best dress for my figure. Although I came in 1 hour before closing, she knew exactly what I was looking for and we were done in 30 minutes. Absolutely will recommend to friends and family. Great vibe and people there were great to their clients. Wish there was 6 stars :)
