"Dr." Jacob Jacoby has "routinely" commented with "pride" the he performs ELECTRO-SHOCK TREATMENTS at STATE HOSPITAL

NOTE: I doubt he ever preformed "electro shock therapy" on JEWISH PATIENTS EVER!!!

"Dr." Jacob Jacoby, who "shared" office with SEN. MENENDEZ and MAYOR DENNIS COLLINS at 643 Avenue C, Bayonne, N.J, was FREQUENTLY VISITED by MEDICAL SALES PEOPLE who gave him FOOD PLATTERS, FREE DINNERS and SAMPLES of PHARMETICAL DRUGS which DIRECTLY PRESCRIBED TO PATIENTS despite OFF LABEL USAGES.

These PSYCHOTIC DRUGS were given to patients who "suffered" from DEPRESSION and his RE-DIAGNOSED THEM as SCHIZOPHRENIA so he can be paid by the DRUG COMPANY.
