Jacob and the man who shined my shoes are excellent at what they do.
He repaired a pair of loafers and brought them back to life. Jacob is funny
and personable. I have been working in the area off and on for years and would
respect his work and professionalism.

Worst customer service ever. The owner is incredibly rude & pompous, will try to rip you off & gets irritated when you ask questions. Very unfriendly. Typical "New Yorker" attitude.
I suggest going here if you want to pay ahead of time & receive awful service.
