Great little company! I called, had a lovely conversation with a young woman there who explained how the collections work, where my debt was from, and how their system works. She said because they buy the debt so cheap, they can work out a deal with people who call and talk to them. We set up a payment plan that was for almost half (well, a little under two thirds if you want to be super technical, but still) of what I owed that I could do monthly payments on. AND they report it immediately to the credit agencies! I was in heart attack mode before I called here. CALL! They just might save the day.
