Extremely horrible service, after calling for service they cancelled on me after a 45 min wait

Horrible service. Locked my keys in the car while it was running and the tech took an hour and 5p mins long to arrive to the location. Progressive was my insurance company that contact them and stated they was going to arrive in 40 mins which they clearly didnt. Every time i kept calling the company they said the driver will be there in 10 mins. I called about 3 times within 15 mins each call and they said 10 mins.

Horrible service customer representative came hours late left me in the cold told me that if toyota roadside called and said he was supposed to be there dont call and complain but call him directly then he shows up with attudie didnt even do the job he left and told me to call someone else wouldn't even get out of his vehicle he told me to move my car but wouldnt get out of his vehicle to show me where then he told me to kick rocks and call someone else then toyota roadside assistance called POP A Lock and the guy came in fifteen minutes and fixed the problem with out me even having to move my vehicle horrible horrible service wouldnt wish upon my worst enemy the guy I dealt with was soanish and drives a green honda and calls from jersey city number horrible service okease save your self the headache

I was alone on 1 &9 in Jersey City late on a Sunday night. This guy responded within 10 minutes; what a great service. He was kind and funny so it really took away the anxiety I was experiencing from the tire blow out. I highly recommend them.
