DMV

I've never posted a review online, but this dmv makes me break my rule. I would've given zero star or negative if possible. I've lived in five states and NJ is my sixth state, and thanks to the horrible dmv, NJ's first impression is terrible. Hopeless customer service.

Omg I just had the worst customer service xperience of my life with a short blonde fat woman I couldn't get her name..... Extremely rude staff not willing to help but to avoid you and get the next person in the long line ... Get ready to waist at least 45 min of your life

Pretty miserable. Showed up at 5:50 on Tuesday (the late night), waited outside for about an hour, finally made it inside to wait in another line, then finally got my number at 7:20. My number was 94, and at 7:25 (5 minutes before close) they were only on number 57. If your number is called before 7:30 then you have to leave, come back another day, and receive no benefit from already having documents checked and waiting all that time. Also ridiculous that even at 7:25 there were a ton of people still waiting OUTSIDE and they weren't allowed to tell them to go home/ that they weren't going to get processed today.

The staff is very rude very unprofessional the office manager is very unprofessional very rude they take a simple process and make it complicated

The place is horrible. The stuff there didn't care about their works or your time at all. They are chatting all the time. They will not do the work, even you miss one single unnecessary page. They are not efficiency and friendly. I moved from NYC to NJ. DMV in NYC is not friendly too, but at least they are fast.

After five months I came back again to this DMV, and I changed my mind. This is a very special place. So special that you cannot help but asking yourself what have you done and why God do this to you. If you have other option, please choose it. This DMV makes me want to move back to NYC. What an unbelievable experience. The journey is the reward.

Additionally, I need to come back again.
