Jack Daniels Audi Paramus

This place is the worse service place ever. The only good thing is the hours because there open later than other Audi service centers. However if ur looking for reliable service then you are at the wrong place. You make a service appointment a week and a half in advance because that's the only availability they have where u can get a loaner car then you day of appointment & there's no loaner car available. Meanwhile you ate told to call back every half hour. Please learn from experience & go to another Audi service center that is inline with the Audi motto of good customer service because place is the worse.thry deserve a zero star but not an option.

The Jack Daniels team was awesome! Tal is the best, he was with me every step of the process. He explained everything in great detail, was super accommodating and got the price that worked best for me! Once I got my car, Arthur showed me the ins and outs, he's super sweet and I got the hang of everything instantly with his explation. Everyone else I worked with was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. This was my first car buying experience on my own, and as exciting as it was, they also made it easy! Super excited to be driving my A3!

I worked with Tal Vander at this dealership - he was amazing.
No wacky sales antics - just straight forward information and great customer service.
He was really accommodating as far as setting an an appt, and patiently walked me through the new world of Audi. He presented me the many options in my price range and size requirements. He was a good listener, and super knowledgeable about the different models, and opened my mind to different options I wasn't even considering.
But he was never pushy or overbearing. He stayed in touch with me after but did not harrass me. as many dealers do. He eventually gave me a great price on an S7 - and the purchasing process was seamless - painless and perfect.
He sat in the car with me for 45 minutes before I drove off the lot and demonstrated every feature with excitement. He's gem. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership -

Make sure you receive it in writing! I leased my first family car in Paramus even though my wife and I were moving to Connecticut. After hearing from co-workers about Connecticut's car tax, I consistently asked questions about it. The sales GM, in front of my wife and Audi salesman said, if I receive any bills over our agreed upon monthly payment, he would take care of them. Sure enough I just received a bill with the property tax added to my monthly payment. When I called to ask how we would rectify this situation, the sales GM said he would have never made such a statement and our salesman said that he could not remember specifically what was said as the transaction happened a year ago. To be fair, the sales GM offered a $250 service credit of which I received an e-mail verification. Overall this communication breakdown has left a poor taste in my mouth with regards to this dealership.

My association with Jack Daniels goes back to 1980, when I purchased my first Audi, and seven Audi’s later the experience is still the same. Jack and Mike have pulled together an incredible organization that focuses on the needs of the buyer. Each time I’ve purchased (or leased) a vehicle, the sales staff has been focused on my needs and how to make the experience a positive one (on my 3rd Q5). The Service Team under Pedro and Greg, are “pros”. They’ve been accommodating and always addressed any vehicle issues promptly and professionally.
