This is THE WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever worked with in my entire life. They take multiple inquiries and multiple days sometimes weeks to get a response or no response at all. When they do respond, they are not helpful or just plain rude. Even simple requests like replacement take inordinate amounts of time. My Building manager Armin couldn't answer any of my questions I asked and would always weave around it. I sent many emails to him and he responded with negative feedback towards me. . I have always been a nice person to him and I have always tried to solve things.... I agree with the other reviews that point out that the positive reviews on here are probably fabricated by them and that perhaps their time could be better spent actually responding to tenant requests.

The way this company operates makes my life easy. They are diligent in their responsibilities and my tenant retention is great! Vacancy is down which makes me one happy camper.

JC Mgmt has always been good to me; they are consistently professional and easy to deal with. I've had some typical issues like everyone does with needing things fixed occasionally but they have always been very quick to fix any issue! Thanks so much for everything!

I've had an outstanding experience with J.C. Management. They have been overseeing my rental property and have been doing an excellent job. Through their screening system, I have had great tenants and those tenants have given me great feedback about the management as well. I highly recommend this great property management company.
