The worst customer service ever. I called several times and everyone I spoke to doesn't want to help or has an attitude. I get hung up on. I got on with their parts group and spoke with Victor. What a mess he is! He blamed me for giving wrong information and when he asked for a picture, they called me and said I was correct. This company just wants your money. I had to call in about a case for my refrigerator door 7 times before they shipped it only to find out that it's not the correct door. I don't even want the damn door anymore!! I can't speak with a manager. when I call and ask for one they all get mad and transfer me to a voicemail. They charge 135 dollars to ship a 200 dollar door!!!! This company is a scheme. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!! Id rather buy a new refrigerator before calling them for anything.

Three weeks ago I ordered 4 screws to attach my base to my tv, I paid via PayPal. I never received any communication whatsoever from J &J. I called a week ago and the lady told me that half of their PayPal orders never make it to them. She took every bit of my information from what I ordered, date, email, and phone number. She told me I'd receive an order confirmation via email the next day and shipping confirmation the day after that. A week later, still zero communication from them and still no screws. They outright lie to you. I'm thankful my order is only $10. I still filed with PayPal to get a refund. I'm shocked Samsung recommends this place to its customers (they did me), this company needs to close!

Horrible customer service... I ordered a new power board to fix my tv and was sent the wrong part. When I called to get this corrected, the customer service rep was borderline hostile when I explained that they had sent me the wrong part. She was very rude and insisted that I must be wrong about the part, even after I clearly explained that no, your company sent some random circuit board to a totally different model tv. I then had to take pictures of the part they sent and the part that I was supposed to get and then email them to their "research" department. The rep then called back the following day to admit, shockingly that they had sent the wrong part. I asked if they could fix this and mail me the correct part since this had been their mistake (like most reasonable customer service departments would), but she said no I would have to mail it back for processing and then they would ship the right part out.

I returned it immediately trying to get things going and then called when about a week had gone by. I know they had already received it from the UPS tracking. I talked to a different customer service rep (who was also rude) and she said the return is still "processing" but my correct part would be shipped out later that week. Of course I get no correspondence or shipping confirmation of any sort for another week, so I have to call back multiple times because the department is incredibly hard to reach- yes I even got the "we are experiencing high call volumes, call back in one hour prompt" and then was hung up on - I mean, what company does this?

So today I reach the original rep to find out what the status is - my return had been received 12 days ago, but apparently they only credit returns on Wednesdays (strange policy), and I should be getting my refund the following Wednesday. I tell her that I don't want a refund, I just want the correct part to fix my tv, she said I had never asked for a new part, only a credit - unbelievable, this was the same rep who processed the return in the first place.

So a month later, I don't have the correct part or my refund, and the tv still doesn't work. I would highly recommend another supplier if you have the choice. Very rude customer service, will not ever use again..

Bought a Samsung microwave, and right out of the box, it had a defective bulb. Called Samsung, and thought I was being transferred to their parts dept., but was transferred to J&J International, supposedly a division of Samsung. Unsurprisingly, I got a recording, stating customer service/parts was experiencing a "high call volume." Less than 30 seconds goes by, another message announces that they were still busy (in so many words), and directed me to "call back in an hour," then *click,* it hangs up!. What the??? I immediately called back and this time was lucky enough to at least be placed in a queue (#3). After waiting almost 30 minutes in the queue, I finally reached an agent with J&J, and relayed all the information I had previously given the customer service representative at Samsung. The agent was able to locate the part # for the bulb, and quoted $4.85 plus shipping, for the new bulb. I asked why I would have to pay for the bulb, since this was clearly a manufacturer defect on a brand-new, just-installed appliance. She curtly snapped: "sir, we aren't Samsung, you'll need to take that up with their warranty department!" So, if you need a part for your Samsung appliance, don't expect to deal with Samsung directly, and be prepared to wait a very long time to speak with a very rude representative.

These reviews do not surprise me at all!!! Horribly rude. And I'm from New Jersey too!! Called Samsung to order a part. They could not locate the part and they transferred me to J and J international. I spoke with a representative and she found the part immediately for $7. I asked for 3 parts. I figured $21 plus shipping and handling fee, right? Sure, except shipping and handling was $20!! I asked the representative why shipping cost so much and she transferred me to someone else without an answer. Hold, hold, hold. This second person also found my part and told me the same thing the other lady said. She told me the part was an odd shape, this is why shipping cost so much. She stated the part was 39" by 20" by 8". My part is 20" long by 3" tall by 1" wide! We later found out their dimensions were wrong and unwilling to recalculate proper shipping. She said no. Whatever. I said I cannot justify the shipping cost and she hung up. Very rude. Stay away!
