They're great. Very friendly and helpful. Not only did they do a great job but they did it quickly too. My pup was nervous and anxious to get outta there but by the time I went to pick her up she looked very comfortable and relaxed. I'd recommend them to anyone with a pet.

We have brought our Shih Tzu Snooby to many groomers in the area in NJ and across the country in AZ. We have been to private shops and big box stores etc. Its Grooming Time has been the best in customer service and cut for my dog. He is always happy to go there and when I pick him up he is happy and looks great. We are bringing him back there soon.

Wonderful people! These are groomers who truly CARE about the animals, they aren't in it as just a "business." They take their time and do a professional, FANTASTIC job! Highly recommend to everyone!
