I had an amazing experience buying a car at this dealership.. The customer service was great including the salesmen Al. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions asked with full honesty.. As a first time car buyer he made the process simple and easy. I highly recommend this dealership!

My first car buying experience was actually amazing! Im going away to college and needed a fuel efficient car that was affordable to get me around. I went to Isand Volkswagen not knowing what I would be able to get into with my limited budget as a student. The staff at Island VW were super friendly. My salesman Peter got me into a used Jetta that addressed all my needs and was actually under my budget. I couldn't be happier.

As a female customer it is very intimidating to walk into a car dealership by yourself. However, this is not the case at Island Volkswagen. My salesman, Peter was completely different from the rest. He had a no pressure approach and was extremely informative and helpful during my car buying experience. I am completely happy with my new Tiguan. I would definitely recommend Peter and Island Volkswagen to anyone who is buying a car!

Peter was the best salesman ever (and I truly mean that). He was professional, patient(He answered 1million questions), insightful, and he gave me more then I thought was possible for my trade in. This place was much better then my Brooklyn experience, where I was under pressure to buy. Island Volkswagen/ Peter.....Thank you!...... Highly recommended.

My family and I couldn't have picked a better place to purchase our first car. When we arrived, Al greeted us quickly and was very attentive to our needs. Despite some kinks along the road, the staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Both Al and Rodney are very friendly and do genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy. Overall, the customer service at this place is definitely phenomenal and we got a really good car out of it. Definitely a great place to go to purchase a VW!
