This pool store is lit. Way better than the competitors. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and always take care of you from as soon as you enter the store to even after you have checked out. They have everything I needed for my inground 18x32. The repair center is also very convenient.

My experiences with Isl Rec over the years have been poor. However, today, I received outstanding service from Tim B., Franklin Square Store Manager. He went above and beyond to turn a bad experience into a good one. Thank you for restoring my faith in Island Rec.

I WENT TO THIS SPECIFIC POOL PLACE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THE PRICES AND SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD BUT I RECIEVED EVERYTHING BUT GOOD SERVICE, THE ASSOCIATES WERE LACK LUSTER AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS NO BETTER WHEN I APPROACHED THEM, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BECOME A POOL EXPERT YOURSELF BECAUSE YOULL BE IN TROUBLE ONCE IN THERE

For some odd reason, I always receive all mailed circulers with unbelievable offers from Island Rec a day after they expire. Hmmm??? I seem to always miss the great deals Island Rec offers. P.S It's not the post office.
