I have been here 3 times now and every single time I had to wait more than 40 minutes in the waiting room, then an additional 15 to 30 minutes in an exam room. Even when I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment, I would still wait for 30+ minutes. Not only are the wait times horrible, but many of the staff members are curt and rude, lacking basic manners and customer service. The facility is dirty and much of the equipment looks old and in need of updates. Out of the 10 or so staff members I have had interactions with, only 3 were compassionate and friendly. All of the rest seemed to want to simply process you through and out the door. I would never return for care here and would absolutely not recommend it. There are so many other offices that offer the same services with the same prices, so if you want a welcoming, clean and friendly environment, I suggest you look elsewhere.

to be honest, i wish i wouldn't have to put on a star for a rate because literally this office is ridiculous ! the wait is horrible, the front staffs are so miserable. this office is very unorganized. they have you going every where and still have to wait for hours. the bathroom is disgusting (old fashioned and rusty) the walls are peeling off, the chairs are about to break in twos. i don't recommend this office at all. its to the point that i will be able to travel 4 hours to another ortho and not this one which is 20 mins away. HORRIBLE!

If you have to see an orthopedist do not come here. They schedule over 20 people for the same hour slot. The clerks and staff are miserable and treat patients poorly. Do not go to any of they're offices. They are all run down, outdated, FILTHY and poorly managed.

this place is literally the worst. i would highly recommend going somewhere else but if you have no choice then make an appointment early in the day if you dont want to wait 4 hours. the only things guaranteed is the horrible service, rude employees, outdated office, no parking, and an unbelievably long wait time.

Went with my mother, the wait wasn't too long as she had an earlier appointment. The only reason I'm giving it a one star is because the receptionists are rude. They were condescending to my mother when she asked a simple question. The wait time wouldn't even be an issue if it was actually worth it from the staff being helpful, but it's not. At least fake being happy to be there, that's all I suggest.
