Island Fresh laundry

Bad customer service from the start. i've tried to schedule an appointment 4 times now and there's no response. I left voice mail on their unmanned number and got no call return. i found their number through yellow pages and someone picks up, takes your information and tells you that you'll get a call back from the driver and then... nothing. i tried scheduling an appointment using their online system.. again nothing.

i cant comment on the laundry because nobody ever came to pick it up. this place sends the wrong vibes from the off. typical staten island attitude

Fast and professional service. Good quality detergent. The clothes smells fresh!! :)

I used them for a few weeks while my laundry room was under construction. Excellent service, would recommend.

I had two pretty good experiences with this company.
but when I scheduled a third pick up, they never came and I called got no answer and left messages and resubmitted my request online probably 4 times and no one ever came! I even tried different pick up times throughout the day even though it was a big hassel for me and still nothing... not even a phone call.
totally lost my business and I hope others as well.

STATEN ISLAND RESIDENTS BEWARE!!!!!! I have used this service for over a year now and absolutely loved it up until recently when they decided to forget about their loyalty to Staten Island residents. I had a standard weekly service scheduled with them and then one weekend they didnt show up. I called, I emailed and no response. I even took the time to go down there to find out what is going on, still no answers, so i left my laundry and the delivery guy said he would bring it back the next day. When he came with my laundry he said they are no longer serving my area since they are getting too much business from Brooklyn and Manhattan. VERY NOT COOL!!!!!!!!
