Ironbound Braces

The staff is all so nice and always smiling. They make sure to inform you of everything that is going on and the procedures. I've only been one month in and I already see a difference in my smile! So glad I found them and that they are the ones I am going under treatment with. I can already tell it will be pleasant. Definitely will be recommending any and everyone who complains about needing braces!

Dr.Duong and his staff are wonderful! I like the fact that he gave me different options for my treatment, and answered all my questions. They offered me Invisalign, and different types of braces. They have made my orthodontic experience amazing. And not to mention, they always run on time!

The secretary Stephanie and her manager are very uncosiderate and unprofessional. I went to see him to install my braces without insurance, he installed the cheapest material of braces on my mouth for $600. I was supposed to keep the braces for 12-18 months & each adjustment was $175 which I find a little over priced. I decided to do the adjustments with another dentist ($125 each adjustment). One of the brackets that Dr. Doung installed fell off & I called them to glue it back on since he was the one that installed my braces, and the secretary Stephanie spoke to her manager, and her manager told me, becahse I went to another dentist for my adjustments, they where no longer responsible for the braces, refused services, and told me to go with the dentist that did my adjustments.

The Office always smells good and is clean. Dr. Duong is polite, honest and great with the patients. The staff is very professional and always make sure you feel at home. They have TV's all around the office. The hours are very convenient, especially if you work or if you have children who have a lot of activities going on because they also have Saturday hours!

I highly recommend Dr. Duong for anyone looking for a good orthodontist, I myself had braces at a different practice when I was a teenager but I was never given retainers so eventually my teeth stared to move and I decided two years ago to get braces again. I couldn't be happier with my end results, my teeth look great! I now wear my retainers every night. I had such a wonderful experience that I now bring my son to see Dr. Duong as well. It's only been about two months but his teeth are already looking great! The practice is clean & hours are flexible, also if you make an appointment you will be seen on time as long as you're on time.
