I use this store frequently & never had a problem-but today I went in & cashed in what I KNOW was a 10 dollar sratch off ticket. I gave him the ticket & he hands me 2 dollars. I told him he was wrong & asked to see the ticket. He showed me a torn ticket that was NOT the one I gave him & he also refused to give me a reciept that you are supposed to get. I will NEVER use that store again & I am going to report this to the right authorities. If it happened to me it is happening to others too. Its wrong and I plan on getting them in trouble for this!
