I am impressed with this new store. When it used to be in the Shop and Shop supermarket plaza, it was a hell hole. I stopped using it because there were problems there:
1. Personnel who didn't have customer service attitudes. They appeared to be not interested in answering a question, providing assistance or helping to select an item
2. Parking was terrible
3. Store was poorly laid out, dirty and disheveled
4. Store and pharmacy hours sucked.

NOW for the new store:
1. NOTHING like the list above!!!!

Very happy. Welcome to the neighborhood AGAIN!

My family is back with CVS in Inwood once more. A great change in the community and a great place for the kind of trusted service CVS wants to impart to the community.
