Into White Dental Arts PLLC : Dr. Steven K. Mantinaos, DDS

First thing first.

My wife was the patient in the next room and I was present as well. The things you attribute being said by the doctor, were actually said by me in the next room. They were not said by the Doctor to you. I am also a patient of Dr. Mantinaos.

My actual Review: I love Into White Dental !!!
We first started visiting Dr. Mantinaos in 2010. At the time my wife had serious problems with TMJ, and after visiting 6-7 other dentists, we were told she would have to see a Prosthodontist.
We selected Dr. Mantinaos because he was close, and he had excellent reviews. He was able to resolve my wife's issue and since then our whole family has been patients. Even after we moved to Long Island (about 1 hour drive away) We still go to Dr. Mantinaos!!!
He is a very nice person, with great personality and his work is always excellent. I have experienced significantly less pain in my visits to him than any other dentist previously. The Dental equipment is state of the Art. The staff is always professional, polite and welcoming, and as others have said it does not feel like visiting the Dentist :) We are extremely happy he is our dentist and we would not ever consider changing dentists.

I'm a recent transplant to the city and had to find a new practice after having a nightmare tooth situation (literally a piece of my tooth fell OUT) and saw Into White Dental Arts PLLC online, called them - not only was the reception kind and courteous, they worked to get me the quickest appointment possible.

After fixing the initial problem I ended up having to have a few other things fixed. Each subsequent appointment was painless, efficient and and an overall wonderful experience. Dr.Steve and his team are the first dentist I have ever LIKED going to! It's like being taken care of by family, everyone is warm and receptive. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been bouncing around from one dentist to another throughout the years in search of a dentist I am comfortable with, Then I found Into White Dental. "Maaaan" this place is amazing. The staff is extremely pleasant and caring, Dr. Steve is without a doubt the best dentist I have every had. Him and his staff make what most would view as something in their schedule to get over with, becomes an experience you look forward to having. Between the music of your choice and or television channel I'm telling you it doesn't feel like your in a dental office. Dr. Steve is very patient and meticulous. Also one of the things that I love about Dr. Steve Mantinaos is his accessibility at all times for any concerns or questions. I have nothing but great things to say about IntoWhite Dental, so much so that I refer my coworkers there and they have thanked me. This is the place to go. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

I was referred to Dr Mantinaos after some tragic experiences with prior dentist to a point I was afraid to go to the dentist. In that time not taken care of my teeth as they should be taken care of. Not only was Dr Mantinaos very welcoming but was very knowledgable about what needed to be done and explained that the stuff that was needed would take me a while to get to where I wanted to be. He gave me a chart and we went to work on the things that needed to be done one by one. I have gotten root canals done, wisdom teeth as well as other teeth pulled. There were times I called him when I knew he wasn't working but he answered and helped me. He is hands down the best Dentist in NY and his staff is always pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend him and always do to anyone of my friends and colleagues.

Will not go back. Went for routine cleaning which was great. Although the Dr. noticed an old filling needed to be replace. I wasn't having any pain or discomfort. Decided to listen to him and have it replaced. Long story short It was brutal. left side of my face was paralyzed for 10 hours after. Felt like I had a bells palsy. After that wore off the pain set in. It is now 3 weeks later still in pain and very sensitive to cold. Did I mention that I was perfectly fine before going in for the filling. The entire procedure he was talking about the bottle of rum in his desk, and the date he had that night. Unprofessional. Will never go back.
