ITC is a great place to train with friendly people and quality instructions. Whether you're looking to be a competitive martial artist or just a place to blow off steam after work, this place fits the bill. It's only a couple of subway stops away from the city and located right next to the train station. Check it out.

What a gem of a gym!!! The quality of the instruction is excellent, and the sessions are intense. Be prepared for a good workout. There is ample room for people to train in a clean facility. Sufficient amount of weights, pads, and bags. Good for all levels; plus there are some very serious people here as well. You will have fun here. Classes Mon - Sat, and the price is affordable comparatively. Muay Thai, Judo, and BJJ offered. I hear they are starting up a kids class too.
