WOULD COME BACK.

I stayed there for four days in October 2014 and wanted to come back a few weeks later, so I booked at the front desk for two more days in November. I had to pay the first day which was okay to that time.
But after the few weeks I stood there in front of closed doors because the buildings was closed due to somthing unhealthy. I got neither a mail nor a phone call to inform me although they had both my address and my number! And now their internet appearance is shut down so I can't contact them to get my money back!

Scammers and frauds! We had a PAID and CONFIRMED booking, but NO ROOM!!!!!! They "overbooked" but never bothered to notify us (we found out later that they got a better price from someone off the street for our room, and gave our room to them for more money). It was only when we went to check-in and they told us that they had no room for us. Period. Nothing. We had paid for the room already, and they didn't even offer to give our money back until we pushed on them hard. We were stuck, in the middle of NYC, at night, with no accommodation and a confirmed and paid for reservation with them. HORRIBLE establishment!
