Just called to see if they did ombre hair dyes and the lady who answered was so nasty, I wonder how they get customers if they can't even answer the phone like a professional?

I was there in december, 2013 to get a hair perm. The only thing that was done by the hair stylist, was rolling my hair on rods. Everything else including application of the perm liquid, waiting ( no timing), checking if the perm was done, applying neutralizer, washing, were all done by one woman who was there to wash hair. Even the washing woman was very clumsy in handling my hair, wetting my shirt, under shirt, pulling my hair during wetting my hair. Perm was not done correctly, with many parts, and endings NOT permed. When I pointed out this, the hair stylist put extra extra extra gel and crunched excessively my hair to make it appear curly. I told them I would never come back. The owner came out argued saying that the washing woman was as good as any hair stylist and told me that I had to pay full price. I paid the full price, $65, and I walked out. I would never go back to this place and never recommend this place to anyone. Quality of the service was "zero"

I used to be at the shop and normally I would enjoy just walk-in services. However, the price has gone higher gradually and they failed to keep their policy to offer free service if any customer has to wait more than 15 minutes.
In 3 occasions, I was refused by certain haircutter (s) and had to waste my time more than 20 min. without being attended. For my last visit, I even had to walk out after 16 min' waiting. Some of them very kind but others were very cold when I ask if she/they were free to give me the service personally even though she did not have any particular customers in line for her. So you need to figure out what is the best place for the service!
