My assigned primary care physician was Dr. Felsen in the practice. When I called, I was told he was on medical leave through December (so another 3 months!). They would not let me make an appointment with another Dr. in the practice, until I had officially changed my PCP through my insurance company. I promptly called my insurance company, and changed to Dr. Germinario. Since then I have called and left a minimum of 6 messages on various different lines - including ones that are supposed to be for URGENT appointments - AND sent a fax - and no one ever called me back. What is wrong with you people!?!? Do you not want to help people!? Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment of people who truly NEED HELP!
Shame on you!!! Just absolutely disgusting, repulsive, reprehensible behavior and business practices.
