Horrendous service, for a variety of reasons including:

1. Social worker took 3, 45 minute sessions to complete an intake.
2. Psychiatric nurse forgot the medications and dosages which I told her in the first meeting, and she entered into the IDCC system during our first meeting.
3. Social worker I met with "diagnosed" me as Bi-Polar 3 minutes into our first meeting, after I told him "sometimes I have good days and sometimes I have bad days."

I only attended this place for a short amount of time while I was out of work and thus under Medicaid. It is astonishing seeing the gulf in quality between mental health facilities that service lower income communities and those that serve the wider populace. Another favor that perpetuates socio-economic divides. Truly a shame.
