Customer service is excellent. Contacted Calvin and he took care of me and explained the finance programs very well. I already bought two set of wheels off of him . Calvin treated me not only as a customer but as a family to the InPhamiz Auto Performance Shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there to get my wheels and I was told 5 months interest free and end up with a lease to buy. When I called them they told me "we told you about it and you sign the contract right". It is true I signed a contract based on lies and also blind it for the fact that I was getting the wheels that I wanted for my car. The last thing you want to do is read a long ass paper right ??? you just want to take the wheels. Now I understand why the guys at the tire place that they use were laughing asking me how much did I pay and telling me to wait for it but they wouldn't say why.

At the end of the day read the contract before you sign anything anywhere like that they don't get you like they did with me and many more that I contacted trough Instagram and Facebook. Many people had the same issue and they are paying for the rims the entire contract or did the buy out. When I called the company and they told me the 3 options "buy out, continue with the contract or return the product" I told there come and get them and they said just paid your remaining balance and you can keep the wheels. After that I went to the bank and I changed my ATM card other wise they can still collect money from it.

OK here we go. My experience with buying rims from InPhamiz In Jersey City was a nightmare. I have purchased over 10 sets of rims in my lifetime, maybe more, and this was the worst experience. First of all, I came from NY to get the rims. The picture on the their site shows BBS Rims with a center cap. When I get there, they don't have the center caps. The guy said we will have them mailed to you. He didn't say he would charge me. Then come to find out, they don't have the wheel locks!!! How do you sell rims and don't have wheel locks. Which I was willing to buy 2 sets. But, I still get the rims. I paid $750 cash for the rims, $20 cash for the center hubs. Past rim spots never charged me for the middle hubs, they came with the rims (The lil Plastic piece that goes in the middle before the rim). We go to Firestone to get them balanced and mounted, then we have to go back to the rim spot to get longer bolts and a spacer which they didn't charge me for the spacers which was fine. After finally getting the rims on the car. I ride back to NY and the car is shaking like CRAZY! Mine you, I just came back from Downsouth and it was a smooth ride with my old rims. I called Firestone to ask them If they mounted the rims, they said yes. So I go to a tire spot on Boston Rd, in the BX, they look at the Rims, test it and said it's balanced. They said the problem is you have the wrong center hub and wrong spacer. They send me to Webster Ave, where the guy looked in the book and showed me what I needed. 4 pcs where $75 each. It's a centerhub and spacer built together. $400 for everything. Then what's really crazy is when I look at my receipt I see they were suppose to give me $20 back. But they didn't. Rims $750 cash, center hubs that don't work $20. That's $770. The balance and mount was $130, minus $20 for the tolls. $110. So that's $780.... Where's my $20???? cause I paid the $100 for the mounting with my Credit card= $107. I called the place the next day complaining, and the guy had me on the phone for 30 mins trying to justify it's not their fault. Maybe you have a bubble in the tire he said. I said man, I just told you I just came back from Downsouth with a smooth ride. I ask him to give me first of all, the $20 you owe me. And then I asked for the $20 back for the Center hubs that were not working. He didnt wanna give me nothing back. Said he will talk to his partners. I'm like you owe me $20, that's mines. The other $20 are for hubs caps that are not making my car ride smooth. I can't believe I had to go through this for $20. I told him If you just PayPal me $40, I will not write a review. He felt like I was extorting him. This company to me is the worst. I would not recommend them at all. They just wanna make the money and not care about if your car is riding good. All I wanted to do was get rims, and ride away with a smooth ride. So, now I have to get parts from another place, buy wheel locks from another place, and get Robbed for the $20 he was supposed to give me back anyway. CRAZY!!!!!!!! Don't Trust InPhamiz People's... BAD BUSINESS!

I caught a flat tire last week and needed a replacement quickly. I contacted Calvin from inPhamiz Auto Performance and he handled things right away. He even shipped the tire to my house due to the fact that I didn't want to travel all the way to New Jersey. He was great and I was very happy with the process of everything. I recommend others to get their tires and other necessities here.

Went in to purchase rims hoping to use their financing program. Got approved, and best of all it didn't affect my credit score when applying. Used the 90-day finance, which was great since I was able to pay off the rims in three months without interest fees. The staff was helpful in explaining the finance programs they use.
