Aside from being talented, confidence-inspiring, articulate, straightforward, panic-tolerant and prompt, Dan Fusco at Inner PC impressed me as an honorable, out-of-the box thinker who managed to devise a solution to my messy crisis that fit my budget. Cannot recommend him & My Inner PC more highly!

Dan knows computers inside and out. It takes him no time at all to diagnose a problem and very little time to fix it. If the problem is severe, he runs a thorough diagnostic on it and works with you closely until the problem is solved. For example, he installed a new router for our apartment. The router was powerful enough and emitted a signal, which could be read in the other end of the apartment. Despite the strength of the signal, we had difficulty having the internet work efficiently in the other end of the apartment. Dan proposed a variety of solutions, but eventually offered the right and the simplest one -- just elevating the router to a considerable height solved the problem. In addition, he is a very nice and personable guy. I can give many other examples of his ingenuity, but I will stop here.

I learned so much from my consultation with Dan Fusco of InnerPC. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable he was able to explain the options to me in a really clear, and patient way which helped me process it all. Being new to cloud concepts I had to take more time than perhaps other people. Thank you Dan. I really appreciate the extra time I needed as it enables me to make clear choices because I know better understand the pros and cons.
