I lost my grandfather passed away I try to call this company few times in the row and they not even show up

My husband died yesterday. He had a hospital bed and a few small items from this
company for the last 5 weeks. I am heartbroken that my husband died. But for this
company not to come as soon as possible to remove these too vivid reminders of
my loss is not a forgivable offense. It is beyond cruel. This is a New York City apartment, a place not known, with few exceptions, for spacious living space. The bed is in the living room. There was nowhere else to put it. So, while I am trying to sort out all the things a new widow would have to do I have this thing dominating my apartment. Why would anyone use these people for such sensitive issues? And who could ever recommend them to anyone?
Under no circumstance should this company be in this delicate business. And
whoever chooses to use this company for their clients should be sorry for having done so.
