First let me start by saying infinity flowers in Washington township
IS A RIP OFF
2/12/16 at 3:59 I received a phone call . They woman asked me what time I would be working till and that she was calling from infinity flowers to deliver .
Shocked I called my husband , and questioned how they could ruin this surprise , and requested that he canceled because I was completely turned off from the lack of understanding what a nice feeling it is to be surprised from flowers . The service is paid for essentially the service to deliver and surprise , honestly speaking my husband brings me home flowers all the time at half the cost .
At around 5:30 , 30 minutes prior to me leaving work I receive flowers . These flowers were a disgrace to what people receive valentine day weekend.
The flowers were shorter than the height of a piece of paper . No one had even noticed the loving gesture my husband had made because the flowers were so tiny. They were less than average looking and in an ugly vase.
After calling my husband he had informed me he had paid for the supreme set of flowers that included a teddy bear.
Not only was there no teddy bear included as said before the flowers were tiny!!! My husband than called the store and spoke to a women who first tried to bribe him. Then followed by the owner of the store who threatened to fight him if he returned the flowers.
This business is a disgrace. They are lucky I did not call the cops for my husband. However I will leave reviews on every site possibly for the fraudulent activity and horrendous attitudes of the disgusting unorganized human beings that work here. I am making a complaint to the BBB. I hope no ONE EVER DOES BUSINESS with this " business"
My husband paid a grand total of 130.00 for completely crap and disrespect. This business ruined my husbands image and made him look like a cheap ass. I will not tolerate the disrespect and fraud. I hope to let you know that the car business is a small community and I plan to let every person I come in contact to never order from the business.
I want my husband to get a full refund.
It has been days since he was to be awarded a " store credit "
Of course that never happened but not surprising from a business like this.
Where is my teddy bear. Missing . Rip off. Rude.

I have placed an order for Calalilis and roses. It was for my anniversary. The night before Anthony ( the owner) gave me a price for fresh roses for $3.99/each and a great price on the Calalilies. To make a long story short , he gave me a price of $64 which I agreed. The following day he gave me a price of $65( higher at $1 extra dollar), but the worst part was that he gave me older roses that was priced at $2.99/each. When asked why didnt he give me the roses we discussed on he said " they are the same. You need to learn to trust people". Anthony specifically told me and pointed to the fresh roses I would be getting which again I agreed. Who doesnt want fresh roses. It clearly was not the same but I didn't argue. Thinking that he would adjust the price according to the roses he gave me he didnt. Technically I was charged $6 extra dollars (6 roses) for the older roses and $1 by him bumping the price from $64 to $65.
I am a repeat customer but I will never go back to him. Its too bad because they really seem like nice people. I was very surprised that Anthony did that to me. Because of Anthony lying to my face and insulting me and not to mention increasing the price to $7 I will never go back nor will my friends. I was desperate for the flowers as I was giving it to my wife within 30-40 min of the pick up. I had no other option. I also didnt want to argue with the guy. Not worth it. Flowers die eventually and so will my business to him.
I would suggest to anyone to be there in person when the flowers are put together and ask him to right down the price. He seemed like a natural price slider. He had no problems jacking up the price on me. His wife is a sweetheart btw. Maybe this was a one off. I just wont go back mainly because he called me a lier.
The question to Anthony would be: Was $7 dollar worth losing a customer and switching from fresh to older roses?

I went there for the first time on Mother's Day to find that there are new owners of the establishment. It was definitely a change as all of the arrangements were beautiful! They had such an amazing selection to choose from, in a variety of prices, and would work with me if I didn't see something I liked. The owners are very friendly and willing to help, as I saw many satisfied customers while I was there. I would recommend this shop to anyone! You should try them out if you ever need some flowers sent!
