To be honest the services I received from this spa were fine and met my expectations. No complaints what so ever regarding the services. I paid for a Microdermabrasion treatment as well as a facial. A few things turned me off and might be the reason I never return. First and foremost the manager seemed so unhappy to be there. She seemed very depressed her vibe was just killing mine. She didn't really engage me in any conversation Nada during the whole treatment. One of the things any paying customer looks for in a Spa is cleanliness which it was..... BUTTT the room in which i was excorted too had a towel on the bed that was supposed to be white but was browning if you know what I mean. I almost wanted to ask for a new towel but thought it would offend her. So when she stepped out of the room i kneeled down and smelled it to see if it was clean. It did smell fresh as if it was washed but obviously it was old and needed to be thrown out. I did not like that. Come on now if thats the first thing I noticed she should have noticed that as well. Another thing that turned me off and is really offensive is the fact that there are three signs hung up in the shop to remind customers that a tip of 25% is expected like reallllyyyyyy. You need three signs and you had the audacity to hang that up and put it in three idfferent places in the shop. I did tip.. because i thought the services I recieved were up to standards but commeee onnn. Thats my honest review if the lady would perk up a bit smile and engage her customers better and change that browning white towel i Shall return.

I was trying to set an appointment with CAREN or KAREN for a massage for my mom. I promise you, I am not one of those people who is a complainer at all! I literally am too lazy to write reviews, I created a google account just because of this experience. A little bit of kindness is enough for me, and I appreciate that and refer people by word of mouth. However CAREN or KAREN was very unprofessional. First, I asked if I can get an appointment for two people (my mother and sister in law), she said she can't do it for two people but she can do just one person for the massage...and by the way that is not how she sounded. She spoke in a very dull way, as if she hates her job. I am the one who is actually being the nice one over the phone. I respond back saying, "Oh of course, I understand, I will just get it for my mom". My mom wanted a pedicure too, so I wasn't sure if it was included, or if it can be added on to it, and I will pay for it. So, I called her back and I swear to everything I love, her response was, "Sir, I am trying to make you understand that I can only do the massage for one person, I am trying to help you, but you keep insisting..." and I just cut her off saying, "you know what, you have an attitude problem, and I don't want to do business with you guys" and hung up. I don't know if CAREN/KAREN is an employee there but if she is, she should get fired. If she is the owner, DO NOT GO THERE!

This spa Groupon was scheduled 08may15 as a mother's day gift. Availability was limited, which is understandable, so I was scheduled the following Thursday the 14th. The day of, 3 hours before the appointment, one of the ladies texts me saying she can't come in at that time and that I need to reschedule for later.
Very unprofessional of a business to cancel an appointment 3 hours prior when the customer sets that specific time out of their schedule. After this display, I would not want for my mother to receive this business'services.
