I took my car there and was very Happy! The dealer wanted 3 times the price to repair a wiring problem. Good guys to deal with! TY

Worst place. Go in with one problem comes out with another one. My friend paid him almost 1300 for a job and he ended up using used parts! Instead of being professional about he treated him very rudely. I only went to him once and was the worst experience ever! You go there at your own risk!

I first took my car to Independent Mercedes about three years ago. At first I decided to alternate my services between them and the dealers, but I have been so satisfied with them that I have stopped going to the dealer. Their prices are about a third less than the dealers, and so far I have no problem with the quality of their work. After the recent storm, I drove through water and ended with problems with the ABS (sensors). They went out of the way to fix my car and get me back on the road when most places were not even open. Over the years I have had both independent mechanics and dealers trying to rip me off. I have found Independent Mercedes honest and straightforward. I have no hesitation recommending them.

In December I took my 2004 sl55 AMG back to Independent Mercedes because of a problem with my transmission - it's a V8 Supercharger. After a quick check they diagnosed it as the electrical connector at the automatic transmission leaking fluid into the wiring harness. This - they said, and Mercedes-benz reiterated - could also lead to damaging the transmission control module. I got a quote of cost and estimated time from Mercedes-Benz and Independent Mercedes and went with Independent being that it was cheaper and that they have a long history in the area for good work. They did the job quickly and I haven't had any problems since. The guy who worked there even called me a month later to check on me and my car.

I will not take my car back to this shop. They are dishonest crooks. If you take your car you do so at your own risk. I took my car with one problem and left with another problem. All they do is try to get as much money as he can from you. I reported them to the BBB.
