They are kind of rude .... But services are amazing I got a hair cut and I loveeee it ! Best hair cut ever

They are very rude & do not pay enough attention to their customers. I got the feeling is was inconveniencing them when I asked for certain services. Their work is also mediocre. In my experience their I only received pleasantries from Alta. She was a gem. When they colored my hair red I didn't mean my scalp, when washing my hair the water slide down my back. When flat ironing my hair they rushed it. All in all I did not like the service & WILL NOT GO BACK.
