We hired Tom Dabb to inspect a home purchased in West Orange. Tom is very patient and knowledgeable. Someone you can clearly see that likes what he does. I have lived in Manhattan for quite some time and knew very little about houses. Tom took the time to explain every nuance of our home making recommendations that ranged from action that needed immediate attention to longer term projects. I'd certainly recommend Tom for anyone who wants to make sure they get a very detailed review.

We recently used Immaculate Home Inspections for our house in Maplewood. Tom Dabb was extremely knowledgeable of the home, from electricity, to plumbing to landscaping. We found his knowledge invaluable and learned an incredible amount of valuable info about the house itself. Tom was very professional and clearly explained all the findings during the inspection. On the morning of the inspection he was there early and had already checked the roof and exterior by the time we arrived with the realtor. By the conclusion of the house visit some critical issues were identified and the seller was notified accordingly. On resolution of the problems the inspector even took some time to return to the property to ensure he was happy with the work completed by the seller.
