I just got service from imaster fix nyc
I got all my information and childrens pictures I thought I lost all those memories they actually transfered into a flash drive from a broken phone that no one could access they are excellent I recommend them hands down I love this place very welcoming people this will be my go to place thank you guys I appreciate everything you did for me!

Incredible guy, very understanding and reasonable and always tries to help. Let me exchange a G3 for a Galaxy S5 for almost no charge. Highly recommended.

Love this place fixed my galaxy in less than and hour. Service was amazing, when other ask to leave my phone for two days ..they fixed it on the spot ..thank you Farrukh and alex ..very much ..definitely recommend you guys ..

I brought my galaxy tablet to fix at imasterfix and these guys did a great job, nobody in my neighborhood could fix it because of the of this specific issue it had. My tablet wasn't turning on at all I did try to changing the battery on my own. I did bring my tablet to a lot of fixing shops and nobody could solve the issue. But these guys were an exception. I called them yesterday and inquire about the price and I made an appointment to see Alex. After several times of trying fixing it the problem was solved. He is like a magician. Nobody could do it and I can't believe my tablet is fixed. And also I couldn't wait for the tablet to get fixed and I asked them to ship it to my house. The owners didn't charge me a penny for the shipping as well, that's just something they do really care about customers and customer service. Next day it was delivered to me and it worked great. I have no complaints at all the customer service is just great, I feel like they should or they are probably number one repair shop in Manhattan. I will definitely recommend these guys to every body. P. S. They have very affordable prices too.

Wonderful service, went to apple store to get my phone fixed, but they refused to, saying i just need to get a new phone, sad because i have all my data saved on the phone and i need it so bad!
Called icracked to come and fix it for me at my place, the guy didnt even have parts when he came in, like what business is it tha doesnt carry a part when goes to fix your phone, mind you the guy was creepy and rude, i will never use them again, waste of my time.
After all i went to Yelp and find iMasterFix near me, they dont do home service yet, but i just decided to go and fix it at the spot. Farrukh took me in with no problem, after diagnostics find out that my screen and headphone speaker are not working, took immediate action and it was fixed within 20 minutes.
After all that he just told me that i can have a case and tempered glass for free as a customer appreciation. So happy, this guy is just a magician.
P.s. i recommend this place to anybody, well worth money and a time.
