I am always hesitant to try new hair salons, especially when color is involved. But I decided to give Imago a try. All I can say is, I am so happy that I tried this place. My stylist, Drew, offered phenomenal service and went to all lengths to make sure I was happy with my new look. I have received so many compliments! I have found my new salon and I am so happy. Service is A++++++

Not only do I get the best haircuts I've ever had at Imago, I always feel so welcomed by everyone. Just a short and worthwhile trip from NYC (better prices). Ever since Stephen has been cutting my hair, people always stop to ask me where I go because they love it. Amazing color services too. Oh, and always great artwork to see by local artists. I won't go anywhere else!

Imago is nothing short of amazing. I am NOT a high maintenance kind of gal, and when I walk into Imago it is clear that they are professional and kind and devoid of the usual Hoboken snobbishness. I am often greeted with a mug of tea (or occasionally a glass of wine!), and the staff is nothing short of perfect. When I got married they did the hair and makeup for me, all my bridesmaids and my mom and we all looked amazing! Two years later we are STILL talking about how in the world they got my friend's straight-as-a-pin Asian hair to be full and curly. AMAZING! Love, love, love Stephen & co. You will NOT be disappointed!

I was new to the area and needed a cut so I chose Imago. It seemed to get good reviews so I gave it a try. The owner of the salon cut my hair and it was the worst haircut I have EVER gotten. He left my hair uneven (longer on the right). His method for determining if it was even was to close his eyes and "feel". He did not clean up my layers at all. I asked him to thin it out some and he had no idea what I was talking about. He had me stand up and bend over to dry my hair. I have been getting my hair done at high end salons for 15 years and no one ever had me do that. He asked me how I wear my hair and I told him I straighten it. So he made sure I looked like Snooki. WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!

Go to Imago Beauty Group. It's got a really relaxing environment and the people are really nice. Get a haircut from Angelyn. She's really hot and gave a great, stylish haircut.
