This is the best medical doctor I have ever come across. When you get an appointment for a given time, they are always prompt. I never ever had any waiting time and mind you stuff do happen and sometimes you have to wait but in my case it hasn't been so. Secondly, Dr. Balacco pays keen attention to his patient and recommend the ideal cure for what is ailing his patients. Wish I could have met him years ago.

his secretary is one of the rudest people I've ever seen ...
she is not polite and not good to answering the phone and because of she , the doctor just lose 2 appointment ...

Dr. Balacco is great -- and never rushes through my appointment. I've also found each member of his office staff to be very friendly & helpful. Getting an appointment is hit or miss. Many times I've called to make an appointment (during normal business hours - not during lunch) only to hear a recording saying the office was closed. Maybe they're overwhelmed by the phones or appointments but its pretty frustrating when you can't get through to your doctor's office. Overall, Balacco is a great doctor but getting through to the office can be a headache.
