Customer service at this place is awful. I visited on two occasions last week and and both times the sales associates never said "hi", "can I help you", nothing. They seemed more interested in carrying on conversations with each other than helping customers. Or just saying hello when someone walks in the door.

I like that the selections are less mainstream than most optical retailers and they have a good mix of classic & quirky. The labels they carry are always solid. I have bought glasses and shades here. Staff is always friendly and helpful but not pushy. They want you to love what you buy. They offer same day glasses if you are okay with paying $300-$400 for lenses. Otherwise you can take the frame and get the lenses for cheap elsewhere. I was in a pinch so I did the same day and got it within 2 hours of purchase, and excellent quality. You have 30 days to change your mind on all purchases including promotion items. End of year sales are excellent.

I went in today just for a quick fix on a set of glasses. Lost the nose pad...Anyway awesome staff, extremely helpful and just made it easy to buy. will definitely be back for some new sunglasses once the weather breaks.
