I was looking for some parts for my car, owner/behind the counter guy was busy, nice enough to ask his worker to help, so I told him what I wanted/needed. He said he didn't have the stem i wanted, I then ask for suggestion? His exact reply was I wound't even bother. As a consumer/customer.
