To Whom it May Concern,

The customer service by Phil is great for only one reason, his super nice personality will influence you into buying overpriced items ! The store is ok, but not the prices. I think his nice personality is fake. For someone reason when I walked into the store he / they look at you to scope you out and then a strategy is worked up on how to make you buy overpriced, expensive items.
