Pretty well staffed, has all the things you might need and the design of the demo areas is just magnificent. Plenty of parking space and very helpful staff. Food is hit or miss but it's a furniture store, don't go there only for the food. Only actual downside is having to deal with returns or customer support. Be it understaffing or bad management or whatever the case may be, expect to wait for hours to get to your ticket number when you walk in.

Horrible customer service. Don't buy anything you can't move or carry easily. IKEA sold returned (damaged) desk and they asked me to return it. It's worthless to bring it back to IKEA. They don't care customer's time, drive, energy etc. Cheap material that's why it's a bit cheap. Particle board easily broken. I never communicate with such horrible customer services. Just go to on-line or local shop.

There is a BIG hole almost through the furniture deliverd to my house. AMAZINGLY, someone put the sticker lable on the hole and covered the hole from outside. I didn't notice that until I openned it. This is so irresponsible and ridiculous. Now I have to carry it back and get the replacement. If you have a sense of humor, this is hilarious.

Much larger than the Elizabeth counterpart. However, the customer service here is a little worse. They are very slow in processing orders. After we finally got our boxes, we asked an employee for help loading (there were big signs saying don't hesitate to ask for help) but no one came. We ended up loading the boxes by ourselves. We will be back, but not for their service.
