The waitress, by the name of Phyllis, was SOOOO RUDE, she never introduced herself, didn't smile and on top of that, I asked her what pancakes came with the meal, before she explained to me, she took her pen, without mumbling a word, she pointed at the menu. She blow her tip, but of course my boyfriend gave her a $5 because that's the type of person he is. My first time and my last time eating at that IHOP!!! :-\

Everything was good until I tried to use the syrups. They were diluted in water!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR DELIVERY IS SNOTTY AND RUDE.

The staff and management of this little IHOP is top notch. I dine and and also get an occasional delivery... all perfectly prepared and served with a smile. I pass 2 other IHOP locations on my way to this restaurant. Best IHOP in the area.

I'm a waitress at another Ihop, and sadly I end up visiting this Ihop Where The Manager was horrible, very disrespectful, the food was awfully, and it just seemed that no-one really care about anything. Very SAD how the manager treats their own employes and how unsanitary they work.
