IHOP

My most recent visit was at 3am so I was seated quickly and our waitress was prompt. The service was good and the food was delicious. My hot chocolate however tasted more like water than it did chocolate. Overall a good experience and would recommend others to visit this IHOP location.

The food there is great, offering the normal selection of IHOP goodies. Of the many times I went there, the staff has been good, the food came in a little of the slow side but still not a problem and I was helped even despite my annoying changing choices. The place is big and roomy and its outside a big cluster of shopping and recreational stuff to do. I recommend.

The assistant manager was very rude she looks like she's in a bad mood it's not the first time I see her like that then she will talk bad about her customers I complain to the manager and assistant manager went to the back of the kitchen talking out loud to her friends about us saying that she doesn't care and the waitresses was laughing and talking about us too but we was not rude we was respectful only thing we did was give are complain to the manager and the whole thing was about us sitting on a bigger table plus it was six of us 4 kids a wife and a husband we asked the waitress can you give us a bigger table she say yes and that's how the whole thing started and the assistant manager said it out loud to the waitresses that we are not special wow that was rude selfish and sad especially if I'm with my family and children around me plus it was my son's birthday

3rd time here with my family and each time great service. I enjoyed my food, drink. Sunny was our waitress. Her voice and smile made everything so comfortable. Great music selection. She had time for my husband's complicated order. Thanks Sunny for your help.

I love love looooveee this IHOP even though I live in Queens, I found this place to be one of the best IHOPS in NYC. Sadly it's too far to go to go from where I live. Great customer service, great place just wish I went around there more often! And most importantly great food for the whole family to eat!
