Had breakfast with my family. Orders took a while to arrive, upholstery needs to be fixed. Parking can be a pain at times.

Breakfast was really good, service was fast but coffee wasn't good. Cold and bitter. Place was clean and people seemed friendly. Will return.

Was going..have a taste for eggs burger..but after reading they do things to people food..no way..and saying wait takes for ever ..I will go to ny some were..restaurants need to pay attention to there reviews. Cause if u act up u get wrote up for all to see..and no I write reviews any place I go.i pay money I expect to b treated well and my food very good ..I lov to eat

Took forever for my friend's food to come, took another forever for mine to come, and when it did, it was the wrong order. In the time it took for the waitress to grace us with her presence again, I was so hungry that I ate most of the botched order. She did not do so until another waitress saw we were visibly irritated and asked if we wanted our waitress. When she did come over, she declined to do anything about the mistake, such as comp (or partially comp) the bad order, so we took it out of her tip instead.
And as if that wasn't enough, the lady who I assume was manager (or in charge for the night) saw we were upset and did nothing but occasionally make eye contact and look away. And when we told the guy at the cash register that it was not a good experience, he ignored it entirely and had us pay as usual.
The restaurant's main room (which is half the restaurant) was half full, and there were two waitresses on duty. It was not busy. It took so long just for me to get a stack of buttermilk pancakes which I didn't order. Ridiculous.
I've been going to this place for years, and while never blown away by the service or food, this is just one too many bad experiences wrapped up in one for me to justify ever going back again. I hope they are happy they lost a customer.

Terrible service. Got my credit card charged 3 times for 3 different amounts and the manager tells me it's a computer mistake. Did the computer swipe the card on its own 3 times?
Now I have to wait 24hrs to see if the charges drop
