When you come in the ideal supermarket it feels like a big family. The Costmer service is always on top of things and always puts the customers concerns first. The employees are very friendly and always greet you. The produce is always fresh and the deli always satisfies customers. The products that they have are always fresh and the prices are just right. The management team are just so nice and always look for your best interested.

Ppl check your breast chicken or London broil meat I guess all your meat I brought chicken while I was opening to cook I found hair in it I felt disgusting and I went back to speak with manager and got my money back never again will go back to but meat from here manager had a nasty attitude

Reasonable supermarket, and at least as of winter 2015, the best in the West Chelsea / Hudson Yards area. Not a whole foods or a trader joes by any measure, but cleaner and a step up from Gristedes and much better than a corner store. Good overall selections although the fresh fruits and veggies are a little sad.
