The quality is good don't get me wrong. The price is too much for what you get. Two small pancakes and some egg whites for breakfast for twelve dollars.

For the breakfast, the bagel is not the best but tastes better than many other stores. Later I found that the bagel is kosher, hand rolled water bagel.

For Lunch, I love salmon with avocado salad and grilled vegetables.

BEWARE !!!
THIEVES !!!!
BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE OF HOW MUCH YOU GET CHARGED !!!

I went to this place every other day. Usually I take food from buffet area (Pay by the weight). One day my price on the scale came to $9.18 and then magically the final after taxes came to $13.04 !!! almost $3-4 difference. The tax should be around $1-1.25 (max) (8% tax rate) . Sealing of money from customers.

Again today I went to their breakfast buffet. It was on the scale and price came to $4.18. The counter lady even didn't take time to read the scale and grabbed the container. When she was grabbing the container SHE PUT HER HAND AND ADDED SOME WEIGHT TO THE SCALE which made $4.18 to $5.65 (With hand weight). Then she put $5.65 to cash register and added tax to it. Added almost $2.00 to the actual cost. It's cheating and stealing people!!!

This is stealing, Some law enforcement should look in to this !!!

BEWARE of these THIEVES !!!

***STAY AWAY!!*** Rude, angry racist and homophobic Asian lady runs place. ***STAY AWAY!!*** My friends and I started going here daily for brunch.
***STAY AWAY!!*** Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of customers. Polite, quiet, ***STAY AWAY!!*** We were great regular customers. This was May 2013.
***STAY AWAY!!*** They have an upstairs seating area where we sat.
***STAY AWAY!!*** It was quiet and we could chat and eat. All very normal.

After a couple weeks the manager accused us of "moving chairs" and taking a topiary off of one of the tables (so we could put our trays down.. Hello?). Basically told us we were unwelcome fags and threatened to call the cops.

Great dining experience, huh? If you like the ambiance of a Birmingham Alabama coffee shop in 1959 this is the place!

I have a love/hate relationship going with this place. I work down the street and probably stop in for breakfast or lunch once a week. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not so good. Most of the stuff is a little overpriced, but there's not much to choose from in this neighborhood. Their egg sandwiches are good, but would be better if they made the eggs fresh like other places do. On the upside, they have really good bagels and don't charge you extra to get them in a sandwich. At lunch, there's a great variety of sandwiches, but none of them are particularly wonderful. Soups are lackluster too. The udon noodle soup, (made to order), is pretty good, but they make their ramen so hot it borders on dangerous. The build-your-own salads would be great if they didn't try to overcharge me every time. And it would be nice if they threw in a roll for free, instead of charging an extra dollar. The by-the-pound buffet always looks good, but tends to be really greasy.
