Ideal Driving School

This school will report to the better business bureau got a driving ticket with points involved listening to the instructor the school does not back you up had to go to court and pay the ticket with points on a license I didn't get . Staff gives you the run around and still charged me for the classes. The owner never calls you back if you listen to the instructor you might end up learning incorrect information. It's a shame paying so much and this school doesn't back up the student ! Don't waste your time with this school

Thank you, Luis for helping me every step of the way to finally get my driver license. He's a great instructor and will go out of his way to make sure you're learning how to drive. I give him 5 stars.

However, I am not very fond of the management (older man). Don't let them bully you into charging you for every little thing if it's unjustified. I always showed up on time, called ahead for a cancellation, and paid my dues. I once had a class cancelled on me last minute and had to wait over an hour for another instructor which was very patient and understanding of me. However, I got charged $20 the one time I confused the time of my class and missed it. I think this was very unfair and unprofessional on their behalf. I was able to resolve the matter and look past it once I got my driver license.

I was highly recommended to go with this school, I have to say my first experience was unsuccessful I was not happy with the overall customer service and my first instructor- She was a mess! It then took me about a year to start again did my own research this time around and found great reviews on the instructor Hugo...gave the school a second try. I'm so glad I did!! HUGO WAS GREAT!! I took five classes with him he is so patient and very friendly. Oh and I cant leave out a big joker too! At least for me a first time driver feeling comfortable is very important. He took me to my road test last week and I did great thanks to him and all his helpful tips. Ask for Hugo and your in good hands- I promise.

Horrible driving school with terrible customer service and instructors. Your better off saving your money for some place else. They forgot I had an appointment to my driving exam. And when the instructor showed up she was teaching another student how to drive. The other student was lucky enough to drive to Lodi while I sat in the back. So basically, I failed my exam because I got zero practice time before taking it. Why would I pay $85 to just borrow a car for the driving exam and get no lesson before it?

Definitely RECOMMEND Ideal Driving School! With Hugo, the instructor, I learned techniques and received tips on how to parallel park. Hugo made me feel comfortable driving since I had no experience behind the wheel. Before my road test, Hugo gave me confidence and prepared me well. As a result, I passed my test and couldn't be anymore thankful for helping me overcome my fear of driving! If you absolutely want to pass, ask for Hugo and you won't regret!!!!!!!!!!
