Although the location is nearly perfect, we waited in line for over an hour just to pick up the car. The line went right up and out of the garage. They do have coupons available in some of the Broadway show tickets or playbills to help with the price a little. The time it took waiting for the car, I could have used public transit though.

The worst lot on the west side. 25 minutes to drop off, 40 minutes to pick up. Zero communication from the surly staff, they drive the cars like they are in a demolition derby and I will never again park here, ever. This native New Yorker has seen the new low after 60 years of living here. Never again.

I arrived at the 335 W 49th st entrance about 6:30 Fri evening and waited 5 min behind an SUV only to find out there was no driver in it. The vehicle was abandoned on the entrance ramp probably because the driver got tired of waiting for an attendant. I complained to an attendant and waited another 5 min for him to remove the vehicle so I can proceed. On my return at about 11pm I waited 15 min to pay the cashier and as my vehicle was being retrieved the line grew to about 14 people waiting to pay with only one cashier. This garage is poorly managed and understaffed avoid it if you can.
