iCare & EYEwear

They were both very rude the manager Joe and his not so lovely assistant.. instead of asking why we were there the assistant spoke for us stating false facts And joe decided to ask us with an additude were we okay because we was looking to explain why we were there. the fact that she felt she had to treat my wife and i nasty to get some help was unsettling. Together we waited for about 20 minutes, as we waited i watched the girl greet customers firmly and with a smile! I watch as she strugged her shoulder towards us, Because she passed us off and did not have to bother anymore lol its funny to me so i laugh!!! NO I do not suggest this ICare at all I SAY FIND ANOTHER ONE if This is the way people are being treated. Especially being i was not sure if it was because we where together or our race! Either way it was very unprofessional

Excellent Eye Doctor! I have always had a great experience at iCare & EYEwear. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, including the receptionists and technicians. I have seen Dr. Caldaron and he has always been top- notch. He listens to your concerns, and helps guide you to what works best for you. I actually love my glasses and the optical was very helpful in narrowing the field (there were lots of good options). I highly recommend this eye doctor to everyone I know!
