Rob just did an inspection for our new home. The report is very well-written, thorough and comprehensive. He pays attention to details and gives professional advices for home maintenance. It is an overall great experience.

My husband and I are very happy we chose Rob and I-Spy to do our home inspection. We're first time home buyers and Rob took the time to explain so much. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything and included the pictures in the report. He was early to the inspection and he got the reports to us when he said he was going to. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Rob is a great individual to deal with. He is very detail oriented and really takes his time to evaluate things carefully. I trusted him from the start. Prices are very reasonable for the area and he is very flexible. Highly recommend!
